Wonders of Creation Studios LLC (Wonders of Creation Studios, Levi & Ember, we, us, or our) operates the website leviandember.com and produces the Levi & Ember video series and related printables (the Services). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

A note for families first: our videos and printables are made for children, but this website and our email list are intended for parents, guardians, teachers, and other adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children, and we ask that children use our content only with a parent or guardian. See Children's Privacy below.

Information we collect

Information you give us: when an adult subscribes to our email list or requests a free printable, we collect the email address (and any name or details you choose to provide). If you contact us by email, we receive whatever you send.

Information collected automatically: when you visit leviandember.com, we and our service providers may collect standard analytics and device information (pages viewed, approximate location, browser and device type, and referring links) through cookies and similar technologies, such as Google Analytics.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Our sign-up forms and email list are directed to adults.

How we use information

To send you the content you asked for (the newsletter, episode updates, and printables); to operate, maintain, and improve the website and our content; to understand in aggregate how people find and use the Services; to respond to your messages; and to comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

How information is shared

We share information only with service providers that help us run the Services and only as needed, such as our email/newsletter platform, website hosting and analytics (including Wix and Google Analytics), and payment or storefront providers if and when we sell products. These providers may use your information only to perform services for us. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect our rights, or in connection with a business transfer.

Our videos are hosted on YouTube, and we maintain pages on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest. Your use of those platforms is governed by their privacy policies, not this one.

Children's Privacy (COPPA)

Our content is designed for young children, but our website forms, email list, and any accounts are intended for and directed to adults (18+). We do not knowingly collect, use, or disclose personal information from children under 13 (as defined by the U.S. Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, COPPA). Our YouTube videos are designated Made for Kids, which limits data collection on those videos in line with YouTube's and applicable children's-privacy requirements.

If you are a parent or guardian and believe a child under 13 has provided us personal information, please email wondersofcreationstudios@gmail.com and we will promptly delete it.

Your choices and rights

You can unsubscribe from our emails at any time using the link in any email, or by emailing us. You can access or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing wondersofcreationstudios@gmail.com. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may not work without them. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; contact us and we will honor applicable requests.

Data retention and security

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and we use reasonable measures to protect it. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and post the updated version here.
